What is Concrete Formwork?
Formwork is the structure, usually temporary, used to contain poured concrete and to mould it to the required dimensions and support until it is able to support itself. It consists primarily of the face contact material and the bearers that directly support the face contact material.

Speaking about the formwork for concrete, there are different type of Concrete slabs in concrete construction.
This slab formwork system, called green formwork system, is based on several basic functionalities. Well at the same time, the early stripping also called early striking mechanism help a lot on site for concrete structures.
Luriel Green Formwork System is an advance concrete slab formwork system, which contains steel/aluminium framing with bamboo plywood inside, high load capacity with class B props as the shoring system,which meets the general requirments. It is also a steel panel prop formwork system which allows early striking operation att the same time,it could also be considered a formwork system with early stripping /early striking system to boost the construciton schedule for concrete structure and component.As the updated version of table formwork, it grows high installation efficiency for post tension slab project.

GREEN FORMWORK panelized slab formwork allows fast as well as safe forming operations with a systematic assembly sequence. The low weight of the panels, compact dimensions and practical design of the system components facilitate non-tiring and ergonomic working operations.
It has been designed for standard use in constructing slabs with thicknesses up to 30 cm. The range of applications extends from residential construction through to real estate construction projects.
The systematic assembly sequence and lightweight system components made of steel accelerate working operations. In addition, the possibility of early stripping with the drophead system reduces on-site material requirements.Infill areas are reduced to an absolute minimum. Furthermore, the system makes a convincing case with an extensive range of safety and logistical accessories.

Effortless Working
Low individual weights and practical dimensions are distinct advantages in daily formwork operations with GREEN FORMWORK . The low weight clearly makes a noticeable difference, among other things, in the work performance.
With dimensions of only 180 cm x
120 cm, the panels can easily be transported on the construction site e.g. also through door openings. When carrying the panels, the immediate work- ing area is always in view which greatly reduces the risk of tripping over.
Last but not least, as safety levels are enhanced when working with GREEN FORMWORK, site personnel do not tire so quickly.
Early Striking Mechanism
The heads are equipped with a 6 directions self locking system. Therefore, they can be connected very quickly and securely to the slab.
Removal of the panel is simply a matter of hitting the early stripping mechanism and then taking the head down.
Horizontal Tranportation
Through the props the workers could walk quite easily without any stops. Due to the no-tripods & horizontal brace design under this height for most of areas.
Fast forming
The recurring procedures accelerate work procedures and handling is quickly mastered even by personnel unfamiliar with the system.
Forming of standard fields is extremely simple with GREEN FORMWORK : after erecting the prop with gate brace, hang the panels on the props and use the erection tool to pull till the surface of the panel is at a horizontal position, then install the remaining props under the panel.
Infill Beams
The prop also provide the room for infill beam to meet the need of traditional formwork users in 12mm.
And the gap between the panels could be filled via tapes or T seam.In this way, the one who stores the traditional formwork could still consume instead of material waste.
Low on-site material requirements
Early stripping with the drophead and fast deployment of the panels in the next storey.
The drophead facilitates early stripping so that panels and main beams are quickly made available for sub- sequent concreting sections.
Depending on the slab thickness and strength of the concrete, stripping can partly be carried out after the concrete strength reaches 13MPa. One blow of the hammer releases the drophead and then remove the panels, leaving the props to support the concrete.
Early striking minimizes on-site material requirements because many system components can be used earlier for the next cycle. In addition, work on the construction site can also be better compensated; for example, through early stripping in bad weather or when there is spare capacity.

Steel Framing and Steel Components
The Frame could be Steel and Aluminium and other steel parts like props use Q345 and Q235 Material as the main material.
Aluminium Frame is available.
Support Head
With Green formwork early stripping mechanism, we can use only 1 set of panel + 2 sets of props/shroing system to cycle for the whole project which will save the cost on material compared with the traditional formwork with plywood.

How To Install Luriel Green Formwork system?
1.Adjust the steel props to the required length
2.Erect the steel props using gate brace
3.Hang the Panel to the Prop Head
4.Swing the lower end of the Panel to position using ADT
5.Insert, push, straighten and lock in the fourth Props
6.Repeat steps 3,4 & 5
